When he says
"Let's just be
Friends"
That is
Your cue to
Bang your head
On the wall
It's not
Pointless
It burns
150
Calories per hour
The Cat
The cat has broken a glass
She knocked it off the table
And it fell to the floor
Shattered and Broken
The floor is covered with
The glass
The cat has broken
Monsters On The Wall
The shadows are scary
They move
Like monsters on the wall
But shadow are just as important as the
Light
I
don’t wish things were perfect
I wish they were different
But not perfect
I don’t wish that he were perfect
Maybe a little different (probably not though)
But not perfect
I don’t wish that life were perfect
Maybe a pretty white picket fence is cute
But not perfect
I don’t wish I were perfect
Not even a little bit
I like things imperfect as they are
The
dark cloud sneers at me
It confines the light of the sun
And it feels no remorse
People on the other hand
Are unlike the cloud
They feel remorse
And hate and happiness
And fear and love
And hurt and sorrow
I hope
IT
VEXES ME!
It
bothers me to see
Someone blame you
For something you didn’t really do.
It
pains me to see
That you stand
Idly accepting your slap on the hand.
Maybe
if I were bolder
I’d argue your innocence
But I’m not. So a poem is born
hence.
I
wish you’d just stop lying
Or at least say why
So to what she’s saying why won’t you deny?
It
VEXES me to see
Someone calling you the rat
Because you’re a self-proclaimed doormat.
